CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the little boy killed in last night’s drive-by shooting as Major Howard, 3, of Cleveland. The little boy died after being shot in the chest Tuesday night. A 24-year-old woman, who is not the child’s mother, was also shot.
