CLEVELAND, Ohio — The man accused of stabbing a 76-year-old Cleveland woman to death in April pleaded guilty Friday morning. Glen Campbell, 47, entered guilty pleas to seven charges including aggravated murder, aggravated burglary and felonious assault. He has been in jail on a $2 million bond since his arrest in April.
