CLEVELAND – The divorce attorney, who represented Aliza Sherman, denies any wrongdoing. Attorney Gregory Moore is accused of making false statements to investigators after Sherman’s murder. She was killed outside his office in March 2013. Moore’s attorney, Kevin Spellacy said his client maintains his innocence. “He denies having anything to do with the murder,” Spellacy said.
