CUYAHOGA FALLS – A 6-month old Labrador Mastiff mix puppy is in foster care, after police say his owner physically abused him at a local PetSmart. Leland Wright, 24, of Atwater, is facing a charge of animal cruelty in Stow Municipal Court. He has plead not guilty to the misdemeanor charge.
