ASHTABULA, Ohio– The Ashtabula County Sheriff confirmed the body found Monday night is the mother of four who has been missing since Aug. 15. Ashtabula County Sheriff Bill Johnson said deputies found Mandy Gottschalk’s body in a shallow grave off of Washington Avenue.
