WARREN, Ohio — Warren police held a press conference Wednesday morning to discuss the case of a missing Warren woman. Alesha Bell, 18, was last seen by neighbors on July 23. Warren Police Detective Nick Carney says the whole purpose of press conference was to hopefully find the 18-year-old.
