ASHTABULA, Ohio– Two men appeared in court on Wednesday to face charges in the murder of a mother of four. Kyle Starkey, 24, said very little as he made his first appearance in Ashtabula Municipal Court. Starkey is facing charges of murder and gross abuse of a corpse.
